2025 MYF Football Registration
If your child should leave the program, written notification is required to the Board of Directors at BOD@muskegoyouthfootball.com . The amount of refund is: Postmarked on or before August 3rd – 100% Postmarked between August 4th – August 27th - 50% Refund of Registration Fees. No Refund for Fundraising Postmarked after August 27th – No Refund.
